- The event will commence at 7:00 PM EST on August 13th and will extend for an indeterminate amount of time. You can find The Fairground sub-board under The Streets in Hogsmeade Village.
- NO DEATH EATERS/DARK LORD. If you're a DE that's craving some cotton candy and want to show up in disguise, go for it! But no shenanigans.
- When inside the Fairgrounds, please have your character be ONE place at a time. That said, your character can be outside the fairgrounds in Hogsmeade AND in the fairgrounds at the same time (all of Hogsmeade is a part of the fundraiser, not just the fairgrounds).
