Appearance (optional): Anya has medium length, wavy hair tinted to an average brown. Her blunt-cut bangs frame hazel eyes. Her build is average; her small waist and bust are a bit over powered by her long arms and strong shoulders but there's still a femenine flow to her frame. She has medium-pale colored skin with a scattering of freckles here and there. Her lips are full but are offset by the thin almond shape of her eyes. Wide cheek bones complete the image.
Personality: Anya. Is. Stubborn. Her maternal instincts from helping raise cousins and siblings can make her sometimes very overbearing even if she means well. Her stubborn attitude doesn't imply that she's spoiled, though. She just has a bit of a difficult time seeing things other people's ways. She's the apologetic type when proven wrong and when she's right it's a rarity to hear "I told you so." That doesn't mean she isn't thinking it, however. Anya enjoys people and sometimes talks too much. She's not one to brood but isn't the most optomistic person in the world. All in all she's pretty much your average eldest teenage daughter in a larger family.
History: Anya comes from a large family. Both of her parents have multiple siblings. Five for her mother and 3 from her father. Some of the ungifted ones have been unfortunately ostracized from the family in the need to keep their secret a bit more.... secret. It's the hopes of all that the three sets of Aunts and Uncles left out of the picture have magic children so they can come back where they belong. Their blood is about as mixed as it comes with each generation breeding for love, not purity. With tons of cousins and 4 brothers and sisters of her own, Anya's family is a cluster of magical and non-magical people. Her father's side of the family showed the most magical apptitude and some of his siblings live nearby, raising their children alongside one another. The crowded dorm rooms and dining halls of Hogwarts are a step up from family gatherings but from Anya's point of view it's nearly the same. This large family atmosphere is a big part of Anya's mother-like nature.
