Name: Hecate (Heck-ah-ti) Morrigan
Age: 28
Occupation: Part-time Death Eater and part-time employee at Terrortours (she has to make a living somehow, right?).
Appearance: Hecate stands at average height for a woman, has a slight figure, and is rather lacking what, for example, Jessica Rabbit has in the chest area. She has pale skin, which doesn’t exactly match her dark hair, though it’s not as if that’s an unusual combination of physical traits. Her eyes are blue and have a bit of a vacancy to them. Her hair is cut short and she wears glasses for reading.
History: Hecate is one out of the five children born to Ignacio and Septima Morrigan. Her siblings are Ophelia, Archimedes, Circe, and Jerome. Though Ignacio is English, the Morrigan children were all born and raised in Germany, the homeland of Septima. Everyone in Hecate’s immediate family is fluent in both German and English. Hecate and her siblings attended Durmstrang Institute (all are out of school now).
Being interested in traveling and learning about other cultures, Hecate moved to Great Britain at age twenty. Since she already spoke English, moving to an English-speaking country seemed like a smart idea. She applied for a job at a travel agency because of her interest in, well, traveling, and has been working there for a good many years.
After a few years, Hecate joined the Death Eaters, thinking that it would be a positive, cultural experience. (The people who encouraged her to join didn’t tell her the name of the group- just that the organization was really great. Joining seemed like a good idea at the time.) That theory was quickly proved incorrect and is, more or less, the reason why Hecate has yet to visit other countries.

Personality: Hecate is a phenomenally lethargic Death Eater. She’s very interested in traveling and is far more enthusiastic regarding her job at Terrortours than she is about Death Eating. Being talented at Occlumency, she’s very good at keeping secrets, as it’s generally difficult to read her thoughts. She’s earned herself a reputation as possibly the laziest Death Eater of the bunch and never fails to make it apparent that she’d prefer to be elsewhere during meetings. Nevertheless, Hecate is quite intelligent (and fully aware that walking away from the Dark Lord would result in her being Avada Kedavera’d ‘round the block and back) and has proved herself to be very useful when motivated (though such times are rare). She’s fond of Great Britain, but would like to visit and learn about other countries, which she’s unable to do, as she’s involved with the Death Eaters (hence her bitterness toward the group). Hecate speaks with a German accent, enjoys fashion, and has a (not so) secret love for sequins.
