WHAT? An attack on the Ministry of Magic. (Death Eaters vs. everyone else.)
WHERE? The Ministry of Magic, of course!
WHEN? Wednesday, July 23rd.
WHO? You! (And by "you," I mean "Ministry members, Order of the Phoenix members, Death Eaters, and adults." Unfortunately, as students are at Hogwarts, they're unable to participate.)
RULES: DISREGARDING THE RULES WILL RESULT IN A WARNING. CONTINUING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BANNING.
- NO, you may not Avada Kedavera anyone.
- NO, you may not seriously injure another character, unless the action is discussed by both players and both agree.
- YES, you are allowed to opt out of the event.*
- NO, you may not Imperio someone unless that person has given their consent.
- YES, you must keep language to a minimum- this site is PG-13.
- NO, you may not "defeat" someone who is a more experienced wizard than you. If you're an inexperienced witch or wizard and go up against, for example, Mad-Eye Moody, you're not going to win.
- NO, you may not god-mod.*
- NO, you may not dodge every single spell or curse that comes your way.
- YES, I will call you out if I see you breaking the rules and it will be vair embarrassing, so please don't do it.
*OPTING OUT: If you'd prefer not to participate, that's perfectly fine. If you're posting in the Ministry, at the top of every post you make, make sure you have the words Not participating in the event bolded so other members will know.
*GOD-MODDING: Here is an example of god-modding:
"Francis kicked Martie and then Martie died."
Joe is god-modding, because, since Mary is not his character, he cannot determined whether or not she died.
