Personality: Anna is a child. On the surface, she's a young girl, preteen (At least the way she acts is) and sometimes outgoing, with a tendency to cling to people who prove to offer her stability. Due to her past, she clutches at those who show her kindness and shies away from those who frighten her, be it with threats, violence or anger.
She's an unbalanced personality however, and a bundle of contradictions. She can be sweet, kind, and overall adoring of someone she likes. But she also has the potential to be extremely violent, jealous, possessive, and whiny. Under the right guiding hand, she could grow to be much worse than she is at the present, or reversely much better. It all depends on who sees the potential for either side and chooses to mold her. Anna is not a leader but someone who happily follows, believing she's doing good by pleasing someone she cares for, who cares for her. So long as she feels as if she's doing what will please whomever she's looking up to (and she's getting their devoted attention), Anna's content.
Mistrust is a very big deal with Anna. She doesn't have a lot of trust to begin with, and is easily shaken up at the idea of others around her yelling at her or scaring her in any way. If she knows she deserved the anger or disappointment she'll take it like a girl her age should, but if its someone she doesn't know, depending on the situation, she'll react two ways. One, her anger will flare up and she will let it control her as much as it wills. Second, she will run away to someone she knows and cling to them until the threat has passed.
Its usually number one.
Another is her fear of being pushed, pulled, tugged and/or touched in any way that seems violent. This has the potential to cause a complete freak out that will quickly send her into a frantic, crying and screaming frenzy of panic. If the threat is removed she will start to calm down and slowly return to normal, almost as if nothing had happened.
History: Anna was born to two wizarding parents. Her father was abusive to her mother and barely even let himself be known of her existence if but to push her out of the way. She was only happy when she was with her mother and her father was nowhere to be found.
She grew up with a good life aside from that. Anna lived in a wonderful house and they never seemed to have any problems of any kind other than such. She loved her mother dearly though and had trouble going to school because her mother couldn't be there with her. She hated being apart.
Sadly that would have to change. Her mother got pregnant about eight years after having the girl. Anna was excited that she was going to get a sibling but a sibling never came...Instead her mother did not survive the child birth, nor did the baby.
Anna was heartbroken. She spent her time locked up in her room sobbing, looking at photographs and the like. Her father decided to take the abuse he'd given her mother out on her now so things were worse at home as time went on. One night, after her father had just had one of his fits out on her, he kicked her (Literally.) out of the house. She was 15 then.
Cold and alone she tried to make it through Hogwarts and staying at her uncle's in the summer. Her uncle was not abusive as her father was but he was negligent. Anna's uncle wanted nothing to do with her, but let her live with him during the summer. Though even at school she had trouble making any real friends and kept to herself most of the time. She had grown hate in her heart that stemmed from her father. At the age of 17 she could take the walls of Hogwarts and the long summers of loneliness no longer.
After sticking it out and graduating school, she went looking for trouble. And trouble found her in the form of the Death Eaters. And with open arms, she welcomed it.
